We are registered in England and Wales (company number 07980469), registered office address St Albans House, St Albans Road, Stafford, United Kingdom, ST16 3DP. We are registered for VAT (VAT number 127105349).

Prices and payment

Prices are in British Pounds and include VAT at the current UK rates, where applicable.

As product designs are printed to order, payment is required prior to print and despatch. You can pay by PayPal or credit/debit card on-line. If you would prefer to place your order offline, and your delivery address is in the UK, you can e-mail us with the details of your order and send a cheque or postal order (made payable to somethinggeeky.com) to the registered office address listed at the bottom of this page. We can only accept cheques, in Sterling, from UK banks.

Payment security

Payments are secured via SSL to encrypt payment details for added security.

Order Confirmation

When you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement to the e-mail address you have supplied. We will then check product availability and the details of your order and will send you further e-mails to provide you with updates on your order and its despatch.

If we have reason to suspect that your order is fradulent, we may cancel the sale and not supply products.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will inform you as soon as we can and refund the payment you have made.

Delivery

Delivery costs are based on the delivery address destination. Our delivery charges and estimated delivery times can be viewed on the Shipping page. We can take no responsibility for late delivery by Royal Mail or courier.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible as your order may be completed within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. We may be unable to refund the full cost of your purchase if your goods have already been made to your design requirements. We will always refund the delivery costs if your order has not been despatched.

How we use your personal information

somethinggeeky.com commits to protect your privacy and will only use the information you have supplied in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Information provided during registration and purchase

We will use the email address you provide when you create your account to contact you to confirm your order and to let you know when your order has been despatched. We will also contact you by e-mail if we are unable to supply any part of your order or there are any other problems with your order. Unless you indicate that you do not wish to receive them, using the checkbox on the registration page, your e-mail address will also be added to our mailing list to receive information, offers, and other related information and products that may be of interest to you.

We may also record which products you are interested in as well as general customer visit patterns and site use.

We maintain security and privacy of your personal details at all times.

You have a right to request a copy of the information we hold about you at any time. As per the Data Protection Act, we will charge a fee of £10 for processing and supplying this information.

If you want to make changes to any of the information you have given us, you may change it at any time by:

Cancelling your account

If you no longer wish to have an account on somethinggeeky.com, please contact us through our contact form and we will delete your account and confirm this for you by return e-mail.

All possible care is given to ensuring the products sold on somethinggeeky.com are fit for purpose. However, the purchaser is responsible for satisfying themselves that the goods purchased are safe and suitable for the person for whom they are intended. somethinggeeky.com cannot be held responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse or inappropriate use of any products purchased from this site.

Liability

If any of these terms are found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will not affect any other clause, all of which will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions whenever we deem necessary, without prior notice. Any changes will come into force as soon as they are posted on the website.
